Rule 47
Rate of interest
For the purpose of sub-section (5) of section 24 of the Act, the rate of interest given by the Government of Nepal shall be fifteen percent per annum. Such amount of interest will be calculated only after sixty days from the date of demand for repayment of Wamojim under sub-sections (3) and (4) of Section 24 of the Act.
